The WTJU Community Advisory Board is an advisory group consisting of University students, staff or faculty, community members and the General Manager of WTJU (non-voting member). Committee Guidelines
The CAB meetings (held approximately five times annually) are open to the public. Meetings are generally held in the conference room at Lambeth Commons. Parking is open to the public in the main Lambeth Residences parking lot after 5pm, but it can be difficult to find a space. Please keep that in consideration if you plan to attend as a guest.
Meetings of the CAB are open to the public for anonymous viewing. With a simple majority vote, the CAB may vote to close its sessions to consider matters relating to individual employees, proprietary information, litigation, and other matters listed in Section 396(k)(4) of the federal Communications Act.
If a session is closed to the public, a written statement containing an explanation of the reasons for closing the meeting will be made publicly available on this web page.
